Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nexa Social ("the Service"), a product of TekSoft Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Nexa Social helps businesses create marketing videos, images, and social posts, and — when you choose to connect your accounts — publish that content to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You must own or be authorized to manage any business and any social accounts you connect.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for a legitimate business.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the business information, logos, and content you provide and of the posts you generate. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate the Service and to publish the content you create to the accounts you connect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or that violates the terms of any connected platform (including the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards or the YouTube Terms of Service). You are responsible for ensuring your content and posting comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, you authorize us to publish content you create on your behalf, only as you direct (for example, by enabling auto-posting). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You may disconnect any platform at any time from Connections → Disconnect.

6. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly) basis through our payment processor.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Usage limits apply per plan and per billing cycle.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to help generate content from the inputs you provide. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your business.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or platform policies, or to comply with the law.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekSoft Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
