Nexa Social ("we", "us"), a product of TekSoft Solutions, lets you delete your data — including any information obtained when you connect Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube — at any time. This page explains how.
To remove the data and access token for a connected platform, open Nexa Social and go to Connections → Disconnect for that account. This immediately deletes the stored access token and stops any posting to that account. No data from that platform is retained afterward.
To permanently delete your account and all associated data (profile, business content, generated posts/videos, and all connected-platform tokens), do either of the following:
Email us: send a message to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on your account. We will verify and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can also revoke our access from Facebook at any time: go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Nexa Social, and choose Remove. This revokes the connection from Meta's side. To also delete data already stored with us, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
