Nexa Social ("we", "us"), a product of TekSoft Solutions, helps businesses create and publish marketing videos and social posts. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not post anything you did not create in Nexa Social.
We use trusted providers to deliver the service:
When you connect a platform, we access only what's needed to let you select an account and publish your content (e.g., your Pages list and publishing permission). We store the access token securely on our servers and never expose it in your browser. We use this access only to post content you create.
If you enable the AI Receptionist add-on and connect your Google Calendar, we request access to your calendar (the Google scopes calendar.readonly and calendar.events) for one purpose only: so your receptionist can check your real availability before offering a caller an appointment time — to avoid double-booking — and write confirmed appointments back to your calendar. We read your free/busy times and manage the appointment events we create on your behalf. We do not use your calendar data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties. Your Google credentials (refresh token) are stored encrypted on our servers and are never exposed in your browser. You can disconnect your calendar at any time (in the app: Receptionist → Sync your calendar → Disconnect, or by revoking access from your Google Account) — this immediately and permanently stops all access.
Nexa Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We keep your content and connection tokens while your account is active. Access tokens are stored encrypted/server-side and are never shared with third parties except the platform they belong to. We use industry-standard security (TLS, access controls).
Disconnect a platform or calendar anytime: in the app, go to Connections → Disconnect (or Receptionist → Sync your calendar → Disconnect). This immediately removes the stored access token and stops all access to that account.
Delete your data: email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and we will delete your account, content, and connection tokens within 30 days.
Nexa Social is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
